My Noni cried!
I purchased this tin at the Christmasville festival in Rock Hill a few weekends ago. My papa used to make brittle every Christmas, but no one in the family continued the tradition. When I gave this gift to my Noni, she was in tears as it brought back many memories from her Christmas spent with papa! We all sat around the table devouring the delicious treat, and I plan to send my family members these local tins. The brittle was magical, and so light that it wouldn't break a tooth. We love to support locals when we can, and after getting to meet the owner, I'll support her business as much as possible. She was so kind and took the time to talk with us, and I look forward to seeing her grow in our community. Last night, we went to the Peachstand and bought all the flavors to put in stockings.
