I bought this for my hubby who LOVES all things spicy and is a big fan of Carolina Reaper (he makes salsa with it all the time!). While he overall thought the brittle was good, he would have preferred slightly less of the spice so the pepper's flavor could really shine through. According to him (it's too hot for me to ever taste!), the pepper has a really yummy, fresh taste when you get the ratio just right, and then you can eat a lot of whatever food it's in. As it stands, he'll prob finish the bag but slowly, only one piece at a time.
